The distribution method comprises the steps that target braking force needed by a vehicle and total electric braking force which can be achieved by the vehicle at present are determined; when the target braking force needed by the vehicle is larger than the total electric braking force which can be achieved by the vehicle at present, the air braking force needing to be supplemented by the vehicle is determined according to the target braking force needed by the vehicle and the total electric braking force which can be achieved by the vehicle at present; and according to the load information of the uncharged braking wheels of the vehicle and the current available wheel information for air braking, the air braking force needing to be supplemented by the vehicle is distributed to the uncharged braking wheels of the vehicle according to a preset distribution strategy.
