In the welding device, a reciprocating workbench comprises a skin placing area and two rotating discs arranged on two sides of the skin placing area correspondingly, wherein a hot air welding machine is placed on one rotating disc of the reciprocating workbench, and the skin placing area is used for placing skin parts with two colors in an overlapped mode; a positioning and pressing assembly is controlled by a control assembly to drive the hot air welding machine to advance along the overlapped placing area of the two-color skins, and a heating assembly is controlled by the control assembly to heat to a preset temperature and heat foams in the overlapped placing area of the two-color skins until the foams are molten; and besides, the positioning and pressing assembly is used for rolling and pressing the overlapped placing area of the two-color skins after the foams are melted.
