The invention discloses a removing device for defective sections in films. The removing device comprises a conveying belt, a defect detection mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a controller. The conveying belt is used for bearing and conveying films and comprises multiple sections of sub conveying belts which are sequentially connected end to end, and a connecting seam is formed between every two adjacent sub conveying belts. The defect detection mechanism comprises a detector arranged above a certain sub conveying belt, and the detector is used for detecting whether a film section on the sub conveying belt has defects or not. The cutting mechanism at least comprises a first cutter, and the first cutter is located at a certain connecting seam at the downstream position of the detector.
