The zirconium-based hexabasic alloy brazing filler metal containing Sn, Hf and Ni comprises the following components including, by weight, 12.3% to 13.8% of Ti, 9.5% to 11.5% of Ni, 5.5% to 8.0% of Nb, 2.5% to 6.5% of Sn, 0 to 1.5% of Hf and the balance Zr. A brazing filler metal alloy is low in liquidus temperature, few in compound phase and dispersed in distribution, the strength of a corresponding connector is high, and the brazing filler metal alloy is suitable for brazing a titanium material combination containing pure titanium; and the brazing filler metal meets the requirement that chemical components and base metal have good similar intermiscibility, the range of principal components is wide, and the requirement of engineering implementation for the welding process can be fully met. 本发明涉及焊接技术领域,提出了一种含Sn、Hf和Ni的锆基六元合金钎料及使用方法。其中,一种含Sn、Hf和N
