The tungsten alloy feed for MIM comprises surface modified tungsten alloy mixed powder and a binder, the weight ratio of the surface modified tungsten alloy mixed powder to the binder is (93-97): (3-7), and the binder comprises POM, PP, HDPE, a lubricant and an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out banburying on the surface modified tungsten alloy mixed powder and the binder, and extruding to obtain the tungsten alloy feed for the MIM. The problem that the stability of mass production of tungsten alloy feed for MIM is poor is solved.
