Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) where an antibody and a drug are linked together through a linker. Provided is a method for manufacturing, for example: an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) where an antibody and a drug are linked through a linker; or a pharmaceutical containing said ADC. The method includes mixing, using a microreactor, a solution containing tris carboxyethyl phosphine (TCEP) and IgG antibody in a reduction reaction initiated by TCEP, and a solution containing a TCEP inhibitor that is stoichiometrically in excess of TCEP. 根据本发明，提供了一种制造抗体和药物经由接头连接的抗体药物偶联物(ADC)的方法。根据本发明，例如，提供了一种制造抗体和药物经由接头连接的抗体药物偶联物(ADC)或包含该ADC的药物的方法，所述方法包括：使用微反应器将包含三(2-羧乙基)膦(TCEP)和通过所述TCEP进行的还原反应中的IgG抗体的溶液，与包含对于所述TCEP而言化学计量上过量的TCEP抑制剂的溶液混合。
