Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for detecting the blending proportion and the blending uniformity of expanded tobacco shreds of cigarettes. According to the method,a linear regression equation between the blending proportion of the expanded tobacco shreds and a Hunter color difference valuedelta E of tobacco shreds blended with the expanded tobacco shreds and pure tobacco shreds with the Hunter color difference value delta E adopted as a marker; and therefore, the detection of the blending proportion and the blending uniformity of the expanded tobacco shreds of the cigarettes is realized. The method is simple and feasible, is more scientific and accurate compared with a traditional manual selection method, and provides technical support for optimization of cigarette blending uniformity. 本发明公开了一种卷烟膨胀烟丝掺配比例及掺配均匀性的检测方法,是以掺配膨胀烟丝后的叶丝与纯叶丝的Hunter色差值△E作为标记物,建立膨胀烟丝的掺配比例与△E之间的线性回归方程,从而实现卷烟膨胀烟丝掺配比例及掺配均匀性的的检测。本发明的方法简单可行,与传统的人工挑选的方法相比更具科学性和准确性,为卷烟掺配均匀性的优化提供了技术支持。
