The heat-proof sleeve is annular and wavy in the diameter direction, and sequentially comprises a flexible layer, a mechanical enhancement layer and an ablation-resistant layer in the direction perpendicular to the annular direction, wherein the ablation-resistant layer is obtained by porcelainizing ceramic particles with the particle sizes being less than or equal to 1 mu m in silicon rubber.
