Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cobalt-based plasma powder surfacing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the cobalt-based plasma powder surfacing material, sintered WC-Co hard alloy particles with the particle sizes being 60-100 meshes are used as a wear-resisting phase, cobalt-based alloy powder with the particle sizes being 100-325 meshes is used as a binding phase, the weight percentage of the wear-resisting phase is 20%-60%, and the weight percentage of the binding phase is 40%-80%.
