Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a primer group for recognizing sweet potato varieties based on an ISBP marker, an recognition method and application thereof. The invention provides a sweet potato variety ISBP marker primer pair combination and application thereof in variety recognition. The method is based on an ISBP marker recognition method, 10 pairs of primers are used for recognizing different sweet potato varieties, and the technical system not only can quickly and accurately identify the different sweet potato varieties, but also is beneficial to protection of the sweet potato varieties. In addition, denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is adopted in the method, and compared with other electrophoresis modes, the method has the advantages of being low in cost, accurate, efficient, easy to operate and multiple in polymorphic bands.
