The invention provides a thermosetting bulk polyester molding compound with high thermal conductivity and high flame retardance as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The thermosetting bulk polyester molding compound comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 30-40 parts of a low-shrinkage additive, 160-180 parts of a flame retardant, 60-70 parts of a heat-conducting filler and 30-40 parts of reinforced fibers.
