Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a thermosetting bulk polyester molding compound with high thermal conductivity and high flame retardance as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The thermosetting bulk polyester molding compound comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 30-40 parts of a low-shrinkage additive, 160-180 parts of a flame retardant, 60-70 parts of a heat-conducting filler and 30-40 parts of reinforced fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, kneading unsaturated polyester resin, a low-shrinkage additive, an optional initiator and an optional impregnating compound to obtain resin paste; then kneading the resin paste, a flame retardant, a heat-conducting filler, an optional release agent and an optional thickening agent to obtain an intermediate product; and finally, kneading the intermediate product with reinforced fibers to prepare the thermosetting bulk polyester molding compound.
