Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an anthocyanin series beverage and a preparation method thereof. The anthocyanin series beverage is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 0.4 g of anthocyanin extract, 2.0 to 15.0 g of white granulated sugar, 0.05 to 0.40 g of sodium bicarbonate, 0.02 to 0.20 g of citric acid, 0.012 g of sodium citrate, 0.010 to 0.015 g of sodium benzoate, a proper amount of essence and 0.005 g of vitamin C. The anthocyanin has different colors under different pH values, the stable shelf life can be provided, and meanwhile the interestingness of color change of the functional beverage is highlighted.
