Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a microwave source device in the field of high-power microwaves, in particular to a metamaterial-based low-frequency-band slow wave structure which comprises a first metamaterial resonance unit, a second metamaterial resonance unit and a circular waveguide. The first metamaterial resonance unit and the second metamaterial resonance unit are in 45-degree rotation coupling arrangement to form a single period of the slow wave structure.
