The invention relates to an adsorption tube storage device for collecting volatile organic compounds. The storage device comprises a box body and an upper cover which can be connected in a sealed mode, a fixing plate and a partition plate are fixedly connected in the box body, the fixing plate is located at the upper position of the partition plate, and the fixing plate is used for fixing the adsorption tube; a bottom activated carbon layer is arranged in a space defined by the partition plate and the bottom of the box body; a plurality of through holes are formed in the upper cover, each through hole is connected with an air guide pipe in a sealed mode, the end of each air guide pipe is further connected with an air guide piston cap, an activated carbon filler layer is arranged in each air guide piston cap, and at least one air guide pipe can be connected with a vacuumizing guide pipe through a matched connector.
