The preparation method comprises the following step: in a protective atmosphere, carrying out reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization reaction on a first mixed reaction system containing a fluorescent substance olefin, a gadolinium ion complex containing alkenyl, a cross-linking agent, a chain transfer agent, an initiator and a first solvent to obtain the fluorescent/MRI dual-mode probe.
