Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the fields of lithium ion battery positive electrode materials, lithium ion batteries and the like, in particular to a Lithium ion battery nickel-cobalt-doped lithium manganate positive electrode material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: A, mixing and grinding or ball-milling 0.5-0.8 mol of a manganese compound, 0.15-0.35 mol of a nickel compound, 0.05-0.15 mol of a cobalt compound, 0.55-0.6 mol of a lithium compound and 0.95-1.2 mol of an oxidizing agent into a reaction mixture, and transferring the obtained reaction mixture into a reaction kettle; B, mixing 12 to 20 g of a surfactant, 180 to 250 mL of water, 50 to 100 mL of a surfactant auxiliary agent and 100 to 150 mL of alkane to prepare a microemulsion; c, adding the microemulsion into the reaction kettle, mixing, sealing, reacting, and naturally cooling; and D, taking out the mixture, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain the product.
