Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a ceramifiable composite material S-bend air inlet channel, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the steps that a male die matched with the inner wall of the S-bend air inlet channel is prepared; a vitrifiable resin prepreg is prepared from vitrifiable resin and high-silicon fiber gridding cloth; the ceramifiable resin prepreg is laid on the surface of the male die to form a heat-proof layer; the outer surface of the heat-proof layer is coated with a vacuum bag, and then curing is performed; and the cured heat-proof layer is subjected to mechanical processing and mold melting, and the ceramifiable composite material S-bend air inlet channel is obtained. The S-bend air inlet channel prepared by the method has excellent high-temperature resistance, and can meet the flight requirement of an ultra-high-speed aircraft over 6 Ma.
