The embodiment of the invention discloses an aperture array receiver and a design method and device thereof, electronic equipment and a medium, the aperture array receiver comprises a plurality of receiving units, the plurality of receiving units are arranged in a central symmetry mode, and each receiving unit comprises a photodiode and an aperture used for transmitting light. The design method comprises: obtaining signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) functions of the aperture array receiver at K indoor random positions, wherein the SINR function at each random position represents an incidence relation between the SINR at the random position and an aperture on a receiving unit and an incidence relation between the aperture and an offset distance of a photodiode in a horizontal direction; obtaining the variance and mean value of the SINR functions at the K random positions; and determining the size of the aperture on the receiving unit and the offset distance between the aperture and the photodiode i
