The method comprises the steps: calculating the expected state of charge of an electric vehicle according to the uncertainty of power grid adjustment and the initial state of charge of the electric vehicle; determining real-time AGC power according to the uncertainty of power grid adjustment, the initial state of charge and the expected state of charge; according to the frequency regulation capability of the electric vehicle, calculating to obtain the total frequency regulation capability of an electric vehicle aggregator; according to the frequency adjustment capability of the electric vehicle and the total frequency adjustment capability of the electric vehicle aggregator, determining a current adjustment task allocated to each electric vehicle charging station by a scheduling control center; and according to the real-time AGC power and the
