The invention provides a state monitoring method and device for primary and secondary equipment of a 110kV transformer substation, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a primary equipment interval based on the topological structure of the primary equipment and secondary equipment in the transformer substation, and defining the state of the primary equipment; defining the state of the secondary equipment according to the pressing plate action of the secondary equipment; establishing a mapping relation matrix according to the corresponding relation between the primary equipment state and the secondary equipment state; and monitoring opening and closing actions of a switch knife of the primary equipment and switching actions of a pressing plate of the secondary equipment in real time, comparing a real-time monitoring result with the mapping relation matrix, and outputting a state monitoring result according to a comparison result. On the basis of defining the state of the primary equipment, the operation
