The sludge drying incineration system comprises a drying machine and a cleaning incinerator which communicate with each other, and further comprises a sludge conditioning reactor and a flue gas cleaning chamber, a flue gas inlet, an ammonia inlet and a flue gas outlet are formed in the flue gas cleaning chamber, and the flue gas outlet of the cleaning incinerator communicates with the flue gas inlet of the flue gas cleaning chamber; and the flue gas outlet of the flue gas cleaning chamber communicates with an air inlet of the drying machine, a discharge port and an ammonia outlet are formed in the sludge conditioning reactor, the discharge port of the sludge conditioning reactor communicates with a feed port of the drying machine, and the ammonia outlet of the sludge conditioning reactor communicates with an ammonia inlet of the flue gas cleaning chamber.
