The cylinder body is sealed through a cylinder cover; a piston is arranged in the cylinder body; a valve rod is fixedly arranged in the center of the piston; one end of the valve rod penetrates through the cylinder body and is connected to a valve element, and the other end of the valve rod is connected to an indicating rod; the indicating rod is slidably connected to the cylinder cover; a spring is arranged between the piston and the cylinder cover; the cylinder cover is in threaded connection with the cylinder body; and the cylinder cover and the cylinder body are made of plastics.
