Zusammenfassung:A sensing device for gene sequencing of a sample comprises a CMOS image sensor, the surface of which is processed to be suitable for carrying a fluid sample, and a CMOS pixel array used for receiving and detecting optical signals emitted by the sample and generating corresponding detection signal output; the CMOS pixel is a dual-conversion gain pixel, has two different conversion gains, and comprises a high conversion gain HiCG and a low conversion gain LoCG, and the CMOS pixel can be in a high conversion gain mode and a low conversion gain mode.
