The invention provides an organic silicon adhesive, organic silicon OCA as well as a preparation method and application of the organic silicon OCA. The organic silicon adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 80 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 1 to 20 parts of vinyl silicone resin, 15 to 60 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1 to 10 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone resin and 0.1 to 20 parts of macromolecular modified silane coupling agent. Compared with a micromolecular silane coupling agent, the macromolecular modified silane coupling agent is added, so that higher bonding strength among molecules is achieved, and the overall modulus of the OCA colloid is improved; and an alkoxy functional group is introduced into macromolecules, so that the colloid can keep good adhesive strength, waste caused by factors such as low modulus of the OCA colloid, adhesive film damage, deformation and wrinkles in the production/die cutting and use process is effectively reduced
