Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an automatic ultrasonic welding machine. The machine comprises a rack and a rotation driving mechanism, a feeding assembly line, a material supply mechanism, a first feeding assembly, a second feeding assembly, a jacking mechanism and an ultrasonic welding mechanism which are arranged on the rack, the rotation driving mechanism is provided with a rotating disc, and the rotating disc is provided with two clamps. The feeding assembly line is used for conveying an initial assembly part formed by assembling a lower rubber shell and a battery cell. The material supply mechanism is used for providing an upper rubber shell. The first feeding assembly and the second feeding assembly are located on one side of the rotating disc, the first feeding assembly can carry the initial assembly part located on the feeding assembly line to the clamps on the same side with the first feeding assembly, and the second feeding assembly can carry the upper rubber shell located on the material supply mechanism t
