Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention relates to a method and device for performing sentiment analysis on a user question, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining the user question; obtaining a business type to which the question belongs, and performing feature vector extraction on the question according to a word bag model corresponding to the business type to obtain a word vector sequence; and inputting the word vector sequence into a pre-trained sentiment classification model, and obtaining output result information of the sentiment classification model, wherein the output result information comprises the sentiment intensity of the question. According to the invention, the accuracy of user emotion recognition can be effectively improved.
本发明实施例涉及一种对用户问题进行情感分析的方法、装置、电子设备、及存储介质,方法包括:获取用户问题;获取所述问题的所属业务类型,将所述问题按照所述业务类型对应的词袋模型进行特征向量提取得到词向量序列;将所述词向量序列输入至预先训练的情感分类模型,获取所述情感分类模型的输出结果信息,其中所述输出结果信息包括所述问题的情感强度。本发明能够有效提高识别用户情感的准确性。 |
