The method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a soil humidity sampling point, and obtaining GNSS observation data of the soil humidity sampling point; S2, determining an elevation angle and a signal-to-noise ratio of a transit satellite in the observation time period; S3, fitting the elevation angle and signal-to-noise ratio data of each transit satellite in the observation time period, and obtaining a reflection signal; S4, determining a phase component of a reflected signal of each transit satellite; and S5, establishing a GNSS-IR soil humidity inversion model to realize dynamic monitoring of soil humidity.
