The bipolar plate is circular, the outer edge part of the bipolar plate is provided with a group of hydrogen flow field inlet and hydrogen flow field outlet, at least one group of oxygen flow field inlet and oxygen flow field outlet, and a group of coolant flow field inlet and coolant flow field outlet which axially penetrate through the bipolar plate, and the inlet and the outlet in each group are symmetrically arranged around the axis center of the bipolar plate; the bipolar plate comprises an oxygen monopolar plate and a hydrogen monopolar plate which are attached and fixed together; and one side of the hydrogen monopolar plate is provided with a hydrogen flow field, and two sides of the oxygen monopolar plate are respectively provided with a coolant flow field and an oxygen flow field.
