Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an electrochemical detection method for a protein based on a molecular imprinting technology. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a required solution; 2, preparing UT-g-C3N4; 3, modifying a GCE electrode by using the UT-g-C3N4; 4, preparing MIPs/UT-g-C3N4/GCE); and 5, putting all the electrodes into electrolyte solutions with the same concentration and under the same scanning condition to obtain a cyclic voltammetry curve, and performing comparative analysis.
