The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining n typical road sections; then letting h = 1; calculating the similarity between the h-th unsampled road section and each typical road section based on a fuzzy reasoning method; calculating a speed weight corresponding to the h-th unsampled road section according to the similarity between the h-th unsampled road section and each typical road section; calculating road impedance corresponding to the h-th unsampled road section according to the speed weight corresponding to the h-th unsampled road section until h =k, wherein k is the total number of the unsampled road sections; and finally, planning a driving path according to the road impedance corresponding to each unsampled road section.
