Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an oil pipe pulling device and system, and belongs to the field of petroleum machinery. According to the device, the bottom end of a four-connecting-rod mechanism is connected with a first base; a first end of an oil cylinder support is connected with the first base; a second end of the oil cylinder support is hinged to the first end of an oil cylinder; a first end of an oil cylinder piston is located in the oil cylinder; and a second end of the oil cylinder piston is hinged to the four-connecting-rod mechanism, so that the oil cylinder piston can drive the four-connecting-rod mechanism to swing. The bottom end of a hydraulic clamp module is connected with the top end of the four-connecting-rod mechanism, so that the four-connecting-rod mechanism can drive the hydraulic clamp module to swing, and the hydraulic clamp module can conduct buckle detaching on an oil pipe conveniently.
