The process comprises the following steps of weaving a low-shrinkage polyester raw material into a gray fabric, releasing internal stress of the gray fabric, pre-shaping the gray fabric, dyeing the gray fabric in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, stretching and dehydrating the dyed gray fabric, shrinking the dehydrated gray fabric to release the internal stress, and finally customizing the gray fabric to obtain a finished fabric. The process has the effect of reducing the shrinkage rate of the sandwich fabric.
