Equipment for treating the ethylene glycol-containing wastewater comprises a regulating tank, a contact oxidation tank, an MBR membrane tank and a clean water tank along the flowing direction of the ethylene glycol-containing wastewater, and the debugging method comprises the following steps: (1) stuffy aeration treatment, (2) biological membrane culture, and (3) membrane formation.
