Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a heat insulation sleeve grinding surface treatment device and method. The device comprises a numerical control machine tool and a grinding machine; a fixed membrane is clamped on a machine tool chuck of the numerical control machine tool; an air hole is formed in the head of the fixed membrane; an air pipe is arranged at the tail of the fixed membrane, and the air pipe is communicated with compressed air through a first branch pipe; and the air pipe is connected with a first vacuum pump through a second branch pipe, and valves are arranged on the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe.
