Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a plate spring seat welding device. The plate spring seat welding device comprises a base station, a rotating frame, welding fastening mechanisms and a welding manipulator, wherein the rotating frame is rotationally arranged on the base station; the number of the welding fastening mechanisms is at least two; the welding fastening mechanisms are rotationally arranged on the rotating frame, and are used for fixing a shaft tube; and the welding manipulator is arranged on the base station, is positioned on one side of the rotating frame, and is used for welding the shaft tube and a plate spring seat. The welding manipulator firstly welds the front face of a welding structure, then the welding fastening mechanisms rotate relative to the rotating frame, and then the welding manipulator welds the back face of the welding structure.
