Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses apple polyphenol halitosis-removing mouthwash and a preparation method thereof. Apples are used as a main raw material, apple polyphenol monomers such as chlorogenic acid, catechin, phlorizin and anthocyanin are obtained through separation by using a high-speed countercurrent chromatography, and then the apple polyphenol halitosis-removing mouthwash is prepared from the following components in percentages by mass: 0.05-0.08% of chlorogenic acid, 0.07-0.1% of catechin, 0.1-0.2% of phlorizin, 0.06-0.08% of anthocyanin, 1-3% of xylitol, 0.1-0.2% of potassium sorbate, 0.02-0.04% of vitamin C, 0.1-0.3% of table salt, 5-8% of ethanol, 8-10% of glycerin and the balance of deionized water, wherein the total percentage is 100%.
