The device comprises a conveying assembly, a conductive connecting piece, a driving assembly and a withstand voltage tester, the conveying assembly is used for conveying a to-be-tested product, the conductive connecting piece is arranged on the conveying assembly, and when the to-be-tested product moves along the conveying direction, the conductive connecting piece can be in contact conduction with the to-be-tested product; the driving assembly is arranged on the conveying assembly, the first wiring end of the withstand voltage tester is electrically connected with the conductive connecting piece, the second wiring end of the withstand voltage tester is connected to the output end of the driving assembly, and the output end of the driving assembly can drive the second wiring end to be close to or away from the to-be-tested product. According to the technical scheme, when the to-be-tested product is conveyed on the conveying assembly in the conveying
