Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting damage, broken hole and oil stain flaws on a plastic glove demolding machine. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, glove demolding is carried out on a hand mold by using the demolding machine; a mold opener arranged on the demolding machine is used for supporting gloves of the hand mold to the maximum or a camera is used for photographing when necking is just prepared; and finally, whether the pictures are qualified or not is analyzed by using software, namely the gloves with damage, broken hole and wrist oil stain flaws are eliminated at an eliminating station, and the qualified demolded gloves enter the next production step. According to the invention, a visual detection station can be directly installed on the rear part of the glove demolding machine, and cracking, tearing and hole forming of the single-layer gloves are detected when the wrists of the gloves are supported to the maximum through the mechanical structure in the demolding process.
