Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a design method of a full-open-loop PCM-DPSK-FM safety control receiver, and belongs to the field of digital communication. The method comprises the following steps: S1, converting an intermediate frequency signal into I and Q signals with zero intermediate frequency; S2, obtaining a demodulated frequency modulation subcarrier signal; and S3, carrying out complete receiving demodulation on the PCM-DPSK-FM of the security control system. According to the method, the characteristic that the subcarrier code rate of PCM-DPSK-FM is integer multiples of the original code rate is fully utilized, waveforms formed by subcarriers in one DPSK code element are always in positive and negative alternation, carrier inversion does not occur in one DPSK code element, and code element overturning may occur only between different DPSK code elements; and a phase-locked loop link required by phase modulation and demodulation is removed to realize incoherent phase modulation and demodulation.
