The structure comprises a supporting frame, a lower cylinder, an upper cylinder, a left telescoping joint and a right telescoping joint, the supporting frame comprises two front stand columns, two rear stand columns, longitudinal beams fixed between the front stand columns and the rear stand columns, and/or cross beams fixed between the two front stand columns and between the two rear stand columns. The lower cylinder is a three-way cylinder body and comprises a front side flange, a rear side flange and a top flange, the front side flange is fixed on the two front stand columns, the rear side flange is fixed on the two rear stand columns, and/or the top flange is fixed on the cross beam or the longitudinal beam; and the upper cylinder comprises a left flange, a right flange and a bottom flange, and the bottom flange is fixed to the top flange of the lower cylinder.
