The flexible employment system comprises a central processing unit, an information module, a payment module, a user side, an interview module and an after-sales module, wherein the central processing unit is used for controlling the work of the information module, the payment module, the user side, the interview module and the after-sales module; the user side is used for a user to upload information, and the information module is used for storing, analyzing and matching the information of the user side; the payment module is used for receiving money paid by a user and paying money to the user, the interview module is used for realizing multi-party video communication between the user and employees, and the after-sales module is used for processing refund and evaluation of the user. The invention aims to provide the flexible employment system and the flexible employment method, the flexible employment system and the flexible employment method can solve the
