The power monitoring terminal comprises a metering chip which is arranged in the electric power monitoring terminal and is used for monitoring electric power system parameters, an MCU management module used for processing monitoring data of the metering chip, a multiplexer used for carrying out phase sequence switching correction on a phase sequence of an electric power sampling circuit accessed to the electric power monitoring terminal, and the MCU management module is respectively connected with the metering chip and the multiplexer. And the electric power sampling circuit is connected with the metering chip through the multiplexer. According to the invention, the problem of voltage reverse sequence or current reverse sequence caused by wrong installation and wiring of the terminal in the
