By optimizing an appropriate antibody combination (especially a combination of a primary antibody and a secondary antibody), multiple (one to six) biomarkers (CA125, CEA, NSE, SCCA1, CY21-1 and pro-GRP) of lung cancer can be detected at a time with high specificity and high sensitivity, the detection efficiency of lung cancer can be greatly improved, early diagnosis is realized, meanwhile, under the detection platform of the high-throughput chip, the cost is effectively reduced, and good news is brought to human health.
