Method and kit for detecting catecholamine and metabolite in blood plasma

The invention provides a method and a kit for detecting catecholamine and metabolite in blood plasma. The method comprises the following steps: (a) respectively pretreating a standard substance solution and a plasma sample to be detected by using a precipitant; (b) deriving the plasma sample pretreated in the step (a) by using a derivation reagent I without isotope labeling to obtain a plasma derived product; (c) deriving the standard substance solution pretreated in the step (a) by using an isotope labeled derivative reagent II to obtain a standard substance derivative product; and (d) mixing the plasma derivative product derivatized in the step (b) with the standard substance derivative product derivatized in the step (c), and carrying out separation and detection by virtue of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.
