Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining rhodamine B in chili oil, and relates to the field of analytical chemistry. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding chili oil into an n-hexane solution containing trichloroacetic acid, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction; 2) after activating the PCX extraction column, loading the ultrasonic extraction liquid obtained in the step 1) into the PCX extraction column, and naturally draining; 3) adding acetonitrile liquid into the PCX extraction column in the step 2) for elution, and discarding acetonitrile eluent; then adding an acetonitrile solution containing ammonia water for elution, and collecting an ammonia water acetonitrile eluent; and 4) purging and concentrating the ammonia acetonitrile eluent with nitrogen, dissolving with an acetonitrile aqueous solution, fixing the volume, uniformly mixing in a vortex manner, filtering, and determining by using a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer.
