The sealing ring comprises a graphite ring, an insulating substrate layer, sensitive grids on the outer surface of the insulating substrate layer and a protective layer on the outer surface of the sensitive grids, the sensitive grids comprise circumferential sensitive grids arranged in the circumferential direction of the sealing ring and longitudinal sensitive grids arranged longitudinally, and an annular shape at the bottom of each sensitive grid is a sensitive grid connecting layer. An annular shape at the bottom of each sensitive grid connecting layer is a PCB base plate, the sensitive grids are conducting layers, the sensitive grid connecting layers are metal layers, and the intersection points of the circumferential sensitive grids and the longitudinal sensitive grids are logic nodes.
