The nucleotide sequence of the microdroplet type digital PCR primer for quantitatively detecting the cordyceps sinensis is DCXC-ITS-F: 5'-CTGCGAACACCACAGCAGTTG-3' (SEQ ID NO.1), and the nucleotide sequence of the microdroplet type digital PCR probe for quantitatively detecting the cordyceps sinensis is DCXC-ITS-R: 5'-CATTTGCTTGCTTCTTGACTGA-3' (SEQ ID NO.2).
