Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a Myrothecium roridum A553 anti-trichothecene self-protection gene GNAT1 and an application thereof. The nucleotide sequence of the gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. Based on a transcriptome sequencing result, a cDNA library is used as a template, and amplification is performed to obtain the Myrothecium roridum A553 anti-trichothecene self-protection gene GNAT1. The GNAT1 obtained through amplification is inserted into a saccharomyces cerevisiae expression vector and then converted into saccharomyces cerevisiae, the tolerance of the saccharomyces cerevisiae to trichothecene toxins can be remarkably improved, and therefore a molecular biological strategy is provided for plants to resist plant pathogenic fungi in the later period; meanwhile, a molecular biological foundation is laid for increasing the yield of trichothecene toxins through heterologous expression in the later period and obtaining novel trichothecene compounds.
