The nucleotide sequence of the recombinant salt-tolerant adenylate cyclase is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, the length of the recombinant salt-tolerant adenylate cyclase is 1008 bp, the amino acid sequence of the recombinant salt-tolerant adenylate cyclase is shown as SEQ ID NO.2, the recombinant salt-tolerant adenylate cyclase has 335 amino acids in total, and the theoretical molecular weight of the recombinant salt-tolerant adenylate cyclase is 36.09 kDa.
