Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for rapidly synthesizing a monatomic catalyst by a plasma sputtering method and application thereof. A catalyst carrier and active metal are synthesized by the plasma sputtering method, and the synthesized Pt1/TiOx monatomic catalyst is excellent in catalytic performance. A glassy carbon sheet, a titanium mesh, a stainless steel sheet, carbon paper and the like are used as substrates, and a carrier target material and an active metal target material are used as raw materials; and the substrate is placed on an objective table, the carrier and the active metal arealternately sputtered and deposited on the substrate by adopting a three-target plasma sputtering instrument, and alternately depositing for a plurality of times is conducted to obtain a catalyst sample.
